What started in 1990 as an ordinary trading Company is today one of the fastest growing corporate entities that has gained recognition as a producer of a comprehensive range of low cost- high quality healthcare products and this ability has been demonstrated through performance, innovation and trust by engaging itself in commercially viable research and development activities. A strong manufacturing base backed by a well assessed chain of Vendors who have been meticulously selected by our Quality Assurance Team conjunct with expertise on warehousing, packaging, testing and shipping, we have become a 'SINGLE POINT FUTURISTIC HUB' for sourcing innumerable products. This is our main strength that has helped us to not only build a solid customer base but has made our presence felt as a significant player in the international market.

Group has it's manufacturing sites at Palghar and Boisar which is logistically in close proximity to Mumbai and Navi Mumbai (J.N.P.T.) Ports with a team of technically qualified staff (ex-multinational companies) who have been in Research & Development apart from having proven experience in manufacture of Medical Devices.  QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS plays a key-role with focus on ISO 9000 and CE norms for medical devices and other non medical products. As for Bulk Drugs and Pharmaceutical Formulations, our plants follow W.H.O.-G.M.P. guidelines. All products are of the highest quality carrying internationally recognized quality assurances and safety standards.

The Registered Office of the Group is in the heart of the City which is hardly a kilo meter away from New Customs House, Reserve Bank of India, Financial Institutions, markets, etc. which is the main commercial hub of Mumbai City. An ultra modern Corporate Office is in the suburbs of Mumbai and is hardly 5 Kms. from the Airport. It is fully equipped with communication facilities and software systems to facilitate fast, efficient and trouble free working environment. A dedicated team of well trained Managers and support staff who are customer friendly, helpful and extremely warm with a human touch will leave no chance for any complaints.
